The company was considering to refresh or completely review its brand image.Being part of a group of companies that have a visual link between their brand identity, an external advice was needed.
Conduct a web-based survey in 2 phases:
- first we probed employees including the management to establish their attachement to the brand name and image and see what they liked or not about the current brand image.
- Then, we analyzed the feedback from employess to assess the key points to focus on within the Aerospace industry worldwide.
This first formal and structured feedback allowed the company to take a decision and guide the nature of changes needed.
